Payment

• For bank transfers, a 30% deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
• The balance is paid on arrival.

Cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.
• Later cancellations are charged the first night.
• Balloon flights cancelled due to weather are refunded or moved to the next morning.
